Relax in this light, spacious french-style farmhouse with its generous kitchen, luxury bathroom and outdoor bath for stargazing. The large deck is a perfect spot to enjoy the views out to sea, and soak up the natural surroundings, with an amazing variety of birds, along with the goats, geese, peacocks and alpacas that roam the farm. We're only 10 mins from Bawley Point's pristine beaches & we provide transport at a competitive fare to and from nearby walking trails, wedding venues and wineries.

The farmhouse has a large, well-equipped kitchen, a wood burning stove and fast internet. The bathroom is new and spacious with a rain showerhead and lots of instant hot water, and washing machine and dryer. There is a generous and properly fenced-in garden area just off the deck that is perfect for dogs, who are very welcome (inside and out).

We are only 10 minutes from the beaches, but we also now have a swimming pool you can enjoy, which is heaven on a hot day.

The farmhouse sleeps 4 with a king size in one room and a split king that can separate inmto 2 single beds in the other room, but if you are a larger group, we also have a lovely cottage on the property, for a couple or 3 people. This is also pet-friendly and has a large, fenced garden suitable for dogs. There is plenty of room for you all to meet and eat together.

As well as our peacocks, the wild birdlife is wonderful, with everything from Australian King Parrots to wrens and finches.

We are in the Termeil Forest on NSW South Coast close to several vineyards, like Bawley Vale and Cupitts Winery, plus there are plenty of great walking tracks as well as beaches to enjoy.

We have an orchard of citrus fruit - limes, oranges, grapefruit, lemons - which you are welcome to pick in harvest time (June-Sept).

We are almost always here and on hand to help with anything you need - you can call us on the phone, via whats app or come up to the house.

There are beaches for everyone at nearby Bawley Point - North Beach is wonderfully wild, Bawley Beach itself is beautiful, with a gantry for jumping into the sea, and a bit further away Sandmines Beach at Kioloa is loved by surfers. If you enjoy walking there are great trails including those at Murramarang National Park and the rainforest walk near Depot Beach (where you might spot a lyrebird). Enjoy fish and chips on the beach from the take-out at Bawley or if you like catching the fish, the fishing there is great, or try Burrill Lake where you can also get some wonderful bread and pastries from the Lagom Bakery. And don't forget Bawley Vale and Cupitts Wineries and the eateries at Milton!
